About Farm on the Ridge: Pasture based pork. We process our meats using our custom recipes in the state inspected meat room at the Acenet facility in Nelsonville. Products include uncured bacons, sausages and ready-for the slow-cooker roasts, oven-ready entrees, and kabobs.
