The most useful thing I learned from this module is Get more out of your 24:
We all have the same time for a day, but how can I use this 24 worthly? I find some ways that the lecture says: tracking my time: last week, i tracked my time, i find out that i have a lot of time wasting, such as playing video games, watching movies… those things occupy a lot of my time during the day. I did not mean that i should not play games or watch movie, I should restrained my time to play. the next step that i should do: create a calendar: when I created a calendar and i know what should i do today, i will have good planning for a week, when should i study, or when should i have some rest. I will know clearly, and do things efficiently.
I will gain more control of my free time, I always want to playing games during my spare time, when i play i do not stop, so i need to stop this from origin, i delete the game from my phone, and I will set game time during the day, if i did it, i will give myself a treat.
