User experience design is a broad term, which can include various designs: UI (user interface), interaction, vision, hearing, even industrial design, etc. So UI and Interaction Designers are usually called User Experience Designers.But the standard of User Experience Designers  are higher than that of UI and Interaction Design in terms of skills and elements.

User Experience Designers create attractive and functional designs for end users; they need to develop unified designs that target audiences can access. And they should collaborate with other designers, customers, managers, engineers and product managers to find solutions that can improve the user experience. Also, they need create prototypes and perform user tests to guide each iteration of the design. What’s more, provide design concepts that meet business and customer requirements.

I think it’s a good job for me. It’s mostly related to my economics major, because there are many popular employers in financial markets who are willing to hire User Experience Designers. In the future, I choose to study economics because there is a chance of making a better salary with more experience and education. That’s it.
