REMINDER! Achievement Award Forms and Licking County 4-H Committee Scholarship applications are due to the Extension Office by Friday, October 16, 2020!
4-H members in Licking County who will be age fourteen (as of 01|01|2021), are eligible for numerous opportunities, awards, and other forms of recognition…but they have to apply for them! The Achievement Awards Forms are now available for members to complete. They can be completed either through a Fillable PDF or Word documents and must be turned in to the Licking County OSU Extension Office by October 16, 2020. Members who are at least a high school senior or higher during the 2020-21 school year may be eligible to apply for the Licking County 4-H Committee Scholarship. The application can be found here as a Fillable PDF and Word documents and must be completed and turned in to the Licking County OSU Extension Office by October 16, 2020.
Achievement Awards Forms and Scholarship Applications will be reviewed and selected in late October. Those selected for the scholarships, awards, and trips will be announced during our Annual Fall Recognition Event (date and format to be announced).
