The application for the 2020 Hartford Independent Fair Junior Fair Board is due this Friday to the Licking County OSU Extension Office. Applicants must be at least 15 years old (as of 01/01/20) and will enroll to be a junior exhibitor at the 2020 Hartford Independent Fair. Interviews will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
