Please be aware of the following deadlines for 4-H members interested in showing livestock or dogs at the Ohio State Fair. You must be enrolled in the project you are entering at the Ohio State Fair within the Licking County 4-H program in order to be eligible to show at the state level.
Wednesday, June 20 – Rules can be found at and entries can be made at https://ohiostatefair.com/livestock/ .
- Ohio State Fair Rabbit & Poultry Entry Deadline (online entries encouraged)
- Ohio State Fair Livestock Entry Deadline (online entries encouraged)
- Ohio State Fair Dog Show Entry Deadline (all entries made directly to Ohio State Fair, either mailed or made online; online entries encouraged)
- Ohio State Fair Dog Show Drill Teams Entry Deadline (made directly to Ohio State Fair, but no online entry availability)
- Ohio State Fair Dog Agility Entry Deadline (entries sent to Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center)
Sunday, July 1 (will accept a July 2 postmark since July 1 falls on Sunday) – Ohio State Fair Dog Show poster entry deadline (posters and entry forms sent to Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center)
