Goals

This semester: My goals this semester was to get my feet wet and get use to the college life and how to study and things of that nature. I feel like this was important as it would help me succeed in life as well as the upcoming semester. The steps I need to do to achieve this would be that I need to keep a steady plan as well as need to help have a plan or goal which is to get the best grades possible.

This school year: I want to be able to learn from my mistakes of this semester and with that to help improve my grades from that. I feel as this is important as I want to try to minimize my mistakes that I could make and this would help with my growth as well. The lessons that I learned from my first semester would help with that as well.

The end of undergraduate studies: I would like to be a biomedical engineer by the end of my four year degree and I would also like if possible to study for the MCAT in case I would like to go to medical school if that would be part of my plan. I know I would need to study hard for that so studying would be a main thing for me as well as trying not to burn out would be very important for me as well.

Artifacts

An artifact that is significant to me would be volunteering in schools and hospitals. These experiences taught me how to serve my community in the best way and give my time to them as well. The things I learned from these experiences would be that it helped developed my sense of selfless as I would experience the joy of helping those around me and lessening the burden of the teachers/physicians that were placed upon them. It gave me great pride to serve them and in return they taught me valuable lessons to help me grow as a person as well. I plan on using these lessons on my future career as I want to be a physician and serving those around me will greatly accomplish this goal of mine.
