Greater Columbus INSIGHT: Investigating the Needs of Sexual & Gender Minority Individuals to Guide Health Transformation
This study is being conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of researchers at The Ohio State University, Columbus Public Health, and Franklin County Public Health who are subject experts on different aspects of sexual and gender minority (SGM) health and healthcare access. This Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) will be the first formal CHNA of the Columbus metro area.
The primary objective of the Greater Columbus INSIGHT is to gather information from community members and leaders in the community to assess the strengths and weaknesses with regards to the health needs and access to healthcare of the LGBTQ+ community in the Columbus metro area.
To be eligible for the study you must be part of the LGBTQ+ community (or be a healthcare provider for the LGBTQ+ community), be 18 years old or older, and currently reside in either Franklin, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Union, or Delaware counties.
