This site contains information about communicating with patients with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). The goal is to provide information about interacting with patients for whom English is not their first language and who have limited facility with the English language.
The entire activity should take about 15 minutes. If you are interested in participating, please click on the pretest link below to begin. Once you have completed the pretest, then view the module, interview the VP and then please complete the post-test.
