About Me

Hello!

My name is Jeff Leopold and I am from Elyria, a small city just about 30 minutes south of Cleveland. I worked hard to become Valedictorian of my high school and I plan to continue that work ethic while enrolled at Ohio State. I had always dreamed of studying architecture and when I visited Ohio State, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. I am a member of the Architecture Scholars program and it has helped me greatly in many ways, it allowed me to make new friends fast and have a reliable network of friends I can go to for help. I am a member of Buckeye Blackout, a student organization that promotes sustainability through the arts, and the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) within the Knowlton School of Architecture. I love exploring the outdoors and learning about new cultures, I traveled to Costa Rica on an exchange trip during high school and found my passion for traveling. My goal for architecture is to design internationally in underdeveloped countries to improve housing for the underprivileged.
