#1: Playing Golf

Problem area: For an arm amputee, there is a lack of control while playing golf. Our first problem area is swinging a golf club to deliver a powerful strike sending a golf ball down range.

Goals of future solution: Maintain consistent powerful golf swings, increase accuracy, and make a more comfortable and convenient swing.

Problem statement: Design a product that allows arm amputees to play golf comfortably and maintain normal accuracy and control.

 

#2: Playing Basketball

Problem area: For an arm amputee, they experience a lack of achievement when playing basketball. Our first problem area is the ability to contribute considerably to a team win.

Goals of future solution: Promote participation in basketball among amputees, provide the ability to execute with an equal opportunity along with other players, improve performance, and eliminate setbacks.

Problem statement: Design a product that assists arm amputees when playing basketball and promotes participation, and provides them with an equal opportunity to perform while preventing setbacks.

 

#3: Biking

Problem area: For a wrist amputee, there is a lack of balance when riding a bike. Our next problem area is riding a bike safely and comfortably while maintaining balance. Also, to enable the amputee to catch himself if he lost balance and wrecked his bike.

Goals of future solutions: Maintain balance while riding a bike safely and provide a safe solution if a fall occurs.

Problem statement: Design a product that allows our user to ride a bike comfortably while maintaining a safe balance and provide a safe solution if a fall occurs.

 

#4: Fishing

Problem area: For a wrist amputee, there is a lack of finesse when operating a fishing pole. Our next problem area is using a fishing pole swiftly and accurately without any setbacks.

Goals of future solution: Maintain finesse when using a fishing pole and provide easy comfortability and control.

Problem statement: Design a product that allows our user to use a fishing pole comfortably and maintain finesse and control.
