Larry Brown Memorial Service & Symposium

On Saturday Nov. 15 the Geography Department held a Memorial Symposium for our former chairman Larry Brown. Larry passed away in April and we thought it would only be fitting to have a memorial to Larry’s Life where we could share and commemorate his legacy and gather to remember him. Music, Pictures, Video and numerous stories from the people that Larry touched were presented. Following the symposium we walked across the Oval to join a small reception held in Larry’s honor in the atrium of Derby Hall.
