A Mint Julep
…is a mixed alcoholic drink, or cocktail, consisting primarily of bourbon, sugar, water, crushed or shaved ice, and fresh mint. As a bourbon-based cocktail, it is associated with the American South and the cuisine of the Southern United States in general, and the Kentucky Derby in particular. (Wikipedia)

An ingredient circle in the style of Andy Goldsworthy & Kathy Klein. With inspiration for patterns drawn from old-school Estonian brooches. & a little bit of DIY “movie magic” added to make the pattern on the table move. I attached 4x mini speakers and a humidifier under the table (lined up the humidifier with a hole in the middle to create a smokey effect). Karl Blossfeldt’s plant photography inspired my ultra-close-up shots of the ingredients on the table. The ending shot of me in an antique rainbow chair, drinking a mint julep, was shot in my vegetable garden (it’s also where I got the mint from), at the executive producer, Shaun Snow’s Random Animal house. Shot with a Samsung S10+, and edited together with Adobe Premiere and Rush.
