Tractography-based VIM targeting

With a goal for delivering precise surgical therapy, we developed a novel methodology for stereotactic targeting during tremor surgery using diffusion tensor imaging. We also performed microelectrode recordings within the imaging-defined surgical target to better understand the physiological significance of neuroimaging findings.
