Objective: The objective of today’s meeting was to talk about our first lab and make sure we are all on the same page and up to speed. We also met to decide on a final design for AEV and make sure we are prepared for the upcoming labs.
To-Do/Action Items:
- Decide on an AEV design for the team
- Construct AEV before the next class begins
- Continue to develop website for the second update
- Talk with TA about issues with initial website update
Decisions:
-We decided on a final design for the AEV that was different from the ones we drew. After talking about how to make the most durable and aerodynamic design we could, we decided on a completely different design.
-We decided to have Griffan and Aaron take home the AEV kit and construct the AEV.
Reflections:
-We need to be more prepared in the future for the upcoming labs so we know exactly what we are doing when we get in the room.
-Roles need to be discussed next time we meet for the progress report that is coming up.
-We are behind and need to get caught up with the upcoming labs.
