Criteria Descriptions:

  1. Stability- balance of the AEV when on the rails- strength to stand
  2. Durability- how well the AEV is able to withstand wear, pressure, and/or damage
  3. Safety- follows all considerations in the lab manuals and nothing is flying/falling off (is safe in the lab environment) and is would be safe for the people to ride in the real life situation
  4. Maintenance- how often things will need to be fixed, cleaned, put back on, etc.
  5. Efficiency- uses the most efficient amount of energy without wasting any and is made using the least amount of parts possible in order to save money
