Year in Review

[ “Year in Review”  is where you should reflect on the past year and show how you have evolved as a person and as a student.  You may want to focus on your growth in a particular area (as a leader, scholar, researcher, etc.) or you may want to talk about your overall experience over the past year.  For more guidance on using your ePortfolio, including questions and prompts that will help you get started, please visit the Honors & Scholars ePortfolio course in Carmen. G.O.A.L.S.

Global Awareness

For global awareness I would like to study abroad. I think it would be interesting to see new places and learn how other countries work and how the people there interact with each other.

Original Inquiry

One way I would like to involve original inquiry with my studies is to see how football goes with data analytics. Since those are two of my passions it would be very cool to see hw I can use one to figure out the other.

Academic Enrichment

Through my academics I don’t only want to learn about data analytics, but also the world around me and topics I don’t have much knowledge on. That’s why to fulfill my history GE I am taking History of Ohio, because I’ve lived in Ohio all my life, but feel like I don’t know its background.

Leadership Development

I hope to develop my leadership skills by becoming a Young Life leader in central Ohio. This way I can lead high school kids and teach them about Christianity.

Service Engagement

One way I hope to help serve in my community is by getting involved in my church, Rock City Church. They are continually giving back to the city of Columbus and I hope to help them out someday.

Career

[“Career” is where you can collect information about your experiences and skills that will apply to your future career.  Like your resume, this is information that will evolve over time and should be continually updated.  For more guidance on using your ePortfolio, including questions and prompts that will help you get started, please visit the Honors & Scholars ePortfolio course in Carmen. Artifacts

[Artifacts are the items you consider to be representative of your academic interests and achievements. For each entry, include both an artifact and a detailed annotation.  An annotation includes both a description of the artifact and a reflection on why it is important to you, what you learned, and what it means for your next steps.  For more guidance on using your ePortfolio, including questions and prompts that will help you get started, please visit the Honors & Scholars ePortfolio course in Carmen. About Me

[Your “About Me” is a brief biographical statement that might include your intended major, your academic interests, your goals, as well as the things that make you unique.  Definitely include a picture!
