For my artifact, I am choosing the letter that named me to the Dean’s List in the College of Nursing. I am choosing this letter as my artifact because it illustrates how hard I worked my first semester in college. I am extremely proud of the fact that I was able to make the Dean’s list while also adjusting to my college transition. Therefore, I learned that hard work and sacrifice will always pay off in the end even if we are unable to see the benefits the beginning. Additionally, the fact that I am named on the Dean’s List in the College of Nursing was a reminder of my goal: to be accepted into the Nursing program. Additionally, making the Dean’s list first semester served as motivation to make it again second semester.
