Bible – My bible is an object that represents my faith. I identify myself as a Christian and believe what the bible says to be true. It also reminds me of people in my life that are so special to me. This is to say that I have been blessed with a great community of people that love each other well. It is important to me to think about God and to follow my convictions.

Loveland Show Choirs Pin – I keep this pin on my backpack as a constant reminder of where I am from and what I love to do. I was  a member of Loveland’s Show Choir, “By Request,” for six years and had the opportunity to serve as Dance Captain my last two years of high school. We competed around the nation in places like the Lincoln Center in New York City and the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Being in show choir was a family affair for me because both of my sisters were also in the group and my parents were our number one supporters, helping whenever they could and cheering us on no matter what. As I remember my experience of show choir at Loveland High School, I remember that I found my passion for dance, made friends that are like family, and learned that there are no limits to what we can achieve. Our success came from our passion to perform, discipline to work hard, and our desire to always improve. Here at The Ohio State University, I am thankful to continue dancing with 3D Urban Dance Team!

About Me

I am a first year undergraduate student at The Ohio State University, majoring in Chemical Engineering and on track to minor Spanish.

Recently, I graduated with an honors diploma from Loveland High School in Southwestern Ohio. One of the most meaningful groups I was involved in at Loveland was our show choir called, “By Request.” Through show choir, I acquired leadership skills in serving as the Dance Captain for two years and discovered my passion for dancing. I was also dedicated to a christian ministry called Cru and am excited to continue my story with Cru (RealLife) here at The Ohio State University.

At OSU I want to explore internships, take challenging classes, make lifelong relations, and enjoy being a part of such a distinguished community!
