Although currently I am pursuing a Operations Management Specialization, I am researching the possibility of a Marketing added Specialization with a Design Minor. I have always loved to express myself creatively through art, constantly doodling or crafting. This interest sparked the idea of a Design Minor where I would use my abilities to advance myself in a Advertising setting. The saying goes “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Artistic creativity brings me joy and will always be something I find relaxing and fun.

Hello! My name is Kassidy Kiesel, a Business Scholar majoring in Operations Management.
My thoughts coming into college ra
n a mile a minute, and most of these included the following: “I have been surrounded by the same people in places my whole life. Louisville, Kentucky is all I’ve ever known. And yes, I loved playing basketball with the most talented and hilarious group of girls, I loved my goofy and fun-loving friends, and I even loved my high school. Despite all of my beautiful blessings, I am more than ready to step out on my own. I am ready to step
into this huge college all on my own and take on its’ challenges. Challenges bring opportunities and build connections with new faces and new ideas that I hope will shape me into the person I want to become. I am ready to start fresh and make a name for myself with new relationships and new experiences.”
Now, with my first semester behind me, I feel as though I have finally been able to settle into this place I now call home. Business Scholars was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have created some pretty great friendships and learned more in the past few months about professionalism than in my last 18 years of life.
I would lying if I said I had my life figured out, but the opportunities I have here make me excited and as though I have the tools to be where I have always dreamed I would be. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
