Note: It turned out that in Prob. 3 the range for plotting the magnitude transfer function was correct after all and the peak is within that range.

The frequency range used for the plot in HW7, Prob. 3 is not correct.  You will not see a peak in that range. Points will not be taken off  for the plot and filter part of the problem. The problem will be graded based on the algebraic expression of the magnitude frequency response.
