My name is Jillian Kemper, and I am a first-year student at The Ohio State University. I am a Business Scholar studying Operations Management with a minor in Leadership Studies. In my time here, I am interested in becoming DICE certified, traveling abroad to aid a non-profit,  and attending all of the football games. I have many goals I would like to pursue in my four years here, but specifically, I would like to join an honors cohort/program and complete the Dean’s Leadership Academy. So far on campus, I have gotten involved in the Undergraduate Business Women’s Association, Business Scholars Leadership Council, Honors and Scholars Ambassadors, College Mentors for Kids, and the Undergraduate Student Government. All of these involvements have grown me immensely as a student and have shown me true leadership and commitment. I came from a school with a graduating class of thirty people, and all of these involvements have truly helped my transition. On a typical day on campus, you might find me at KSA cafe with my roommate enjoying iced mochas and bagel sandwiches.
