As online students, it’s easy to get caught up in the weight of all of our responsibilities and, in doing so, get very stressed out. Without having face to face contact with our teachers and classmates every day, It’s easy to feel that perhaps you aren’t doing enough for that class, or are possibly falling behind. There are multiple ways to manage your stress so that it never builds to a point where it negatively effects your life.
This video shows helpful tips to not only manage, but also relieve some of the stress that you might be feeling. My favorite suggestions include playing video games, hanging out with friends, and listening to/playing music.
This chart offers some ways to relieve stress, but this isn’t the same for everybody. I recommend trying different things to see what helps you, and then pursuing that whenever you’re feeling stressed out!
