Health Coach First Meeting

One success I have had so far is meeting with my health coaching patient and helping her find one concrete goal to work on. She says that she would like to better manage her diabetes and hypertension through diet. Her goal is to eat more fruits everyday instead of candy. This will help her stay full and stay away from junk food. For now, her goal is eat 1 more serving of fruit a day.

I have not had too many challenges so far. One I can forsee is helping her making further concrete dietary changes to reduce her HbA1C levels and help her manage her diabetes.
