My Goal
I attend to start interning in the summer and gain the professional experience needed to get hired by a company interested in me. After I graduate I plan to take and pass the FE and PE tests to establish myself as a certificated engineer. After that I would like to apply my knowledge and get hired at a company that helps urban areas become more ecologically friendly. This could be something like working to add green roofs to city buildings or managing the storm-water runoff from that pollute local rivers/lakes. Finally, one day when I have enough experience I would like to become an engineering consultant, so I can help the next generation of engineers continue/improve on the work my peers and I have done.
