  • As a primary care provider in a privately owned family practice I treat 18-26 patients per day. Part of my duties include assessment of patient and problem(s), plan of care for each patient bases on patient preference and evidence based practice, analysis of lab values and actions that need to be taken to improve the health of each patient, reading diagnostic reports and determining what the next step in care should be for each patient, communication and teaching patients to help them improve their health or at lest prevent further damage to their health.  I work with staff to ensure best possible care for each patient and work with my collaborating physician as needed and directed by state Board of Nursing and Medical association laws.  I keep my charts up to dated daily and make sure labs area checked and any action that needs to be taken is done so in a timely manner.  I communicate well with all levels of education. My patient population ranges from age 1-105, male and female.  I complete annual wellness visits and physicals as well as make sure my patients have opportunity to have all wellness screenings preformed.  I am able to suture small wounds, remove warts, lance boils, and have been trained in joint injections.

  • I work with our research team to help find candidates for studies as well as complete many of the physicals required for each study on a regular basis. I participate in meetings about each study protocol.
