You will also need to upload the original photograph in jpeg format (less than 10 MB) and a scanned pdf copy of the photo as printed in the newspaper or periodical. If the photo originally appeared only online, provide the website address. Provide text that appeared with the photo. Photo should be of high quality and follow photographic principles of composition. May be black and white or color as published or printed.
