New Year’s Money Envelope

  • Description: Money envelopes or Kinpū, are used to enclose money when presented as a gift. It is customary for the person presenting the gift to write their name along with the amount of money enclosed on the envelope. This particular envelope is used for New Years. Money is typically given to children from their parents and/or grandparents on New Years.
