G.O.A.L.S.

Global Awareness: I aim to eventually study abroad, to learn about other countries systems of government and judicial systems. On Ohio State’s campus, I hope to be able to learn about diverse views from the wide range of students here, as well as learn about other students political views and why they think a certain way, specifically through PSL.

Original Inquiry: I would like to partake in real case studies with local lawyers or law professors. In High School, I did a statistic research evaluation involving the effect of bias on wrongful convictions, and I would like to do something similar at Ohio State, but with a more human/ psychology element involved.

Academic Enrichment: I plan to double major and have a minor to gain a diverse, in-depth scope of knowledge at Ohio State. Additionally, I hope to make the Mock Trial team to learn hands on with real lawyers about trials and proper conduct.

Leadership Development: I hope to gain an executive role on a club I get actively involved in. In my time at Ohio State so far, I have really enjoyed Casual Debate Club and would like to try to become more involved and a leader in that club.

Service Engagement: I would like to a part of an organization that helps to clean up the environment at Ohio State. I would be interested in groups that help to preserve and renovate the Columbus area.
