Resources for Interested Research Participants
If you are interested in participating in a clinical trial, the following resources from the FDA’s website provide information about clinical research and what it is like to be a research participant:
- What is clinical research?
- What are different types of clinical research? Our group most commonly operates Phase III trials, which are conducted to see how effective a drug or treatment is.
- What is informed consent?
If you are interested in clinical research for an eye condition, please see our Current Studies page. Check back in the future if you do not see a clinical trial that applies to you, as we continue to add projects and explore more innovative opportunities.
