The integrated Lean and Six Sigma certification program in the Department of Integrated Systems Engineering provides ISE Undergraduate and Graduate Students with the opportunity to augment their ISE degrees with an Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Certification requires successful completion of a very rigorous Lean Six Sigma Foundations Course (ISE 5810) and then a two semester capstone project (ISE 5811-12). Certification requires proof that the process improvement worked, it is sustainable, and that the business case has been approved and signed off by a Finance Rep and the Executive Sponsor.
