9/24 I transported a special jersey to be customized for one of the suit clients. After it was made with the company name on the back, we hung it in their suite.
9/26 I updated the Premium Listings Excel Spreadsheet and mailed out another concert
9/17 is my first official CBJ game. I learned what to do before and after the game. I had to make sure that all 52 suites were ready. I also got to do my first benchwarmers event. This is where a group of kids goes out onto the CBJ bench and watches the team warm-up!
9/19 I got assigned my own intern desk in the “Bullpen.” My first desk/computer project consisted of creating FedEx labels to all 52 of the suite clients so that our premium team could overnight ship a premium gift before the official hockey season started.
On 9/10 I learned how to update the Premium Listing Information and was given access to SharePoint for the CBJ employees pages. I then learned what it meant to be a half-season, third season, and partial season ticket holder. I then went through and created an Excel Spreadsheet that included every suite holders name and company.
On 9/12 I was able to use what I learned and update the Premium Listings Information on my own.
During my first day as the Premium Experience Intern, I was trained on how to send out the concert mailing list. This consisted of matching the correct number of tickets to the correct company name, assembling the envelopes, adding parking passes, and sending the tickets through the mail processor. My first concert mailing was Miranda Lambert.
My second day as the Premium Experience Intern consisted of helping set up and prepare for the Premium Client ticketing event. During this event, the premium clients picked up their season tickets, mingled with players, and tried the new menu that the CBJ arena will be offering their guests.
