9/26 I updated the Premium Listings Excel Spreadsheet and mailed out another concert
9/19 I got assigned my own intern desk in the “Bullpen.” My first desk/computer project consisted of creating FedEx labels to all 52 of the suite clients so that our premium team could overnight ship a premium gift before the official hockey season started.
On 9/10 I learned how to update the Premium Listing Information and was given access to SharePoint for the CBJ employees pages. I then learned what it meant to be a half-season, third season, and partial season ticket holder. I then went through and created an Excel Spreadsheet that included every suite holders name and company.
On 9/12 I was able to use what I learned and update the Premium Listings Information on my own.
My second day as the Premium Experience Intern consisted of helping set up and prepare for the Premium Client ticketing event. During this event, the premium clients picked up their season tickets, mingled with players, and tried the new menu that the CBJ arena will be offering their guests.
