The INFORMS Chapters and Fora Committee decided that our INFORMS The Ohio State University Student Chapter has been selected as a winner of the 2023 Student Chapter Annual Award as a Magna Cum Laude. The purpose of these awards is to recognize the outstanding achievements of student chapters.

Mock Presentation & Seminar ‘Conference and Networking’

Mock presentation was held to share the latest research and improve presentation skills. 9 students introduced their research on different topics, and other people provided many valuable suggestions.

Prof. Xian Yu shared her experience at the previous INFORMS annual meeting on the seminar ‘Conference and Networking’. She introduced the timeline and much useful information about the INFORMS annual meeting. She also shared skills in presentation and networking. Her seminar helps students be more confident and enjoy during the meeting.
