Ohio State requires verification that you are up to date on certain vaccines (immunizations). Complete information on the requirement, and instructions for how to complete it, can be found here. Be sure to follow the three steps of obtaining, entering and uploading your information.
If you’re not able to get, or verify that you have gotten, all of these vaccinations prior to arrival, you can get them all at the Student Health Center once you’re here, and the cost would be covered by your OSU health insurance. For more information, see this page of the Health Center’s website.
