Spring/Summer 2019 Edition

Nutrition Label Changes

In case you haven’t heard,  there are some changes coming to the Nutrition Facts Label. Some companies have already made the changes and others are in the process of meeting the new label requirements by 2021. Some of the changes will include serving size, larger font size to identify calories and added sugars. Remember to use the calories and total fat grams information when tracking your food intake.
