ACT day for eligible students! Part 2

June 10th 2017 IMPACT hosted our second ACT day for a handful of students from Westland High School. The results of the ACT test are useful in determining the students’ eligibility for the IMPACT program in the upcoming cohort for Fall 2017. Eligible students took the ACT as a requirement to participate in OSUs medical interpreter college credit plus program. After the exam, the students had the opportunity to take a small tour of OSU while they were on campus and had pizza and refreshments.

Language Access

On June 1st Cohort 1 IMPACT Students were invited to attend Language Access in Columbus, Ohio! Our students spent time discussing the goals of LA and touring its facility with IMPACT Director Dr. Glenn Martinez. Thank you, Language Access, for sharing this enriching experience with our students!
