About Me

ppppppp Rachel is a first year student from Mason, OH, majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering, planning to declare a focus in Data Analytics and Optimization. In high school, Rachel was heavily involved in a non-profit organization, The INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati, which formed a network of universities and companies for high school students to experience the opportunities of IT in Cincinnati. She spent the summer leading up to freshman year interning at Procter & Gamble in downtown Cincinnati, where she utilized data visualization tools to implement employee analytics at a company with arguably the most advanced consumer knowledge in the consumer goods industry. Rachel plans to be involved in a multitude of clubs and organizations on campus, including Buckeyethon, TEDxOhioStateUniversity, Society of Women Engineers, and CHAARG. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking (and eating) interesting new recipes, painting masterpieces, experiencing new music, dreaming about the traveling she’ll eventually do, exploring the great outdoors, and capturing the world around her with a camera. Rachel would love to chat about just about anything – send her a message!
