ESCE 2272, offered through Student Life Career Counseling and Support Services (CCSS) is a career development class available to all Ohio State students with a course focus of developing experience in:

  • Self-exploration
  • Learning strategies and processes to clarify majors and career selection
  • Improving decision-making skills
  • Learning strategies for internship and job searches
  • Learning how to write a resume and job search letters
  • Negotiating salary
  • Transitioning to the job market
  • Applying to graduate school
  • Having successful interviews

Students will have the opportunity to meet individually with the instructor or other CCSS staff to discuss their career development process and receive a personalized approach to their career related questions. 

The class starts on 2nd term SP20 and meets on Fridays from 10 a.m. – noon in the Younkin Success Center, Room TBD.
