The HRS School Events Calendar houses major events and activities that utilize HRS resources, defined as affecting a large number of people (i.e., an entire division/program/office) and/or requiring spaces. These are events/activities that could conflict with one another or interfere with the operation of the building.
While everyone will be able to view the calendar, only editors can add, edit and delete events from the calendar. Editors are the main points of contact within their divisions/programs, offices or departments to schedule events on the calendar.
