Hospitality Listens

The Hospitality Listens team knows that many individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families in community activities. Furthermore, we also understand that dining out can be challenging for other people with disabilities as well. We want to know more about what these families need and Hospitality Listens helps us to do that.

Hospitality Listens is a free dinner event for individuals on the autism spectrum, other disabilities and their families where they can enjoy a fun night out to celebrate inclusion and genuine hospitality. We include an hour of activities with a group of trained volunteers to support individuals as they play. We have servers who understand ASD and are eager to learn from the families. Our team learns to apply what we learn in order to improve our community and teams in which they will once day lead in their careers in hospitality. We believe this is a great opportunity to serve our community while developing future leaders in hospitality that lead with empathy, inclusivity and excellence.
