What is this?

We created this app in collaboration with home healthcare workers, for home healthcare workers.

This app is designed to provide home healthcare workers with examples of how to (and how not to) have conversations with clients and family members about hazards in a client’s home that pose a health and safety risks to you, the home healthcare worker.

In the app, you can view short videos of conversations between home healthcare workers and their clients or family members, about hazards in the home that pose a risk of injury to the home healthcare worker and other people in the home. Successful conversation strategies are highlighted in the videos and summaries are provided of learnings at the end of each video.
