Year in Review
I have learned a lot about myself this year. I came in unsure about what I wanted my major to be and started on the pre-vet track. I quickly learned that that is not what I want to do, I just had a passion for animals. This is when I grew the most as a person. I had to dig deep to understand what my interests were and how they could translate to a job. I had to ask for help and really learned a lot when I utilized my resources at OSU. After talking it out, I realized that I really have a passion for psychology in the business field. The months where I was unsure about what I was doing helped me grow as a scholar. I had to stop comparing myself to the people who seemed to have it all together and knew exactly what they wanted to do. I learned to look introspectively and only focus on myself. This year was a year of growth and although it was difficult, I would 100% go through it again.
