It provides cultural, educational, and professional programs while offering a mentorship program to aid in career development.   • Latine Student Success (for both students and faculty): Though primarily aimed at students, this program under the Office of Diversity and Inclusion also offers workshops and collaborative projects that are beneficial for staff and faculty interested in supporting Latine students.   • Center for Belonging and Social Change – Latinx Initiatives: This center provides various programs, such as the University Council of Latinx Organizations (UCLO), which is open to faculty and staff to help foster a sense of community and address the needs of the Latino community on campus.
