Internal OSU rates (FY25):
Estimated rate for standard HTS of small molecule libraries by DDSR-HTS staff:
Setup fee (typically $7,500) for assay adaption plus $1.00/well for execution on 384-well plates. Prices per well can be reduced for larger screens (> 5,000 compounds). Some more costly assay formats (e.g. NanoBRET) require a higher setup fee.
Estimated rate for standard HCS (high throughput confocal imaging on the Opera Phenix Plus or high throughput flow cytometry on the Sartorius iQue3) of libraries by DDSR-HTS staff:
Setup fee (typically $10,000) for assay adaption plus $2.50/well for execution on 384-well plates. Prices per well can be reduced for larger screens (> 5,000 compounds).
Instrumentation use:
Please inquire about hourly rates for trained users (unassisted, 0.5 h minimum)
