New and returning 4-H families will be eligible to begin registration NOVEMBER 1 and  will have until MARCH 15 to register and select projects through 4-H Online.

Families should register by visiting v2.4honline.com AFTER they have spoken to a club advisor! If you have NOT connected with a club advisor, or need help finding a club – please connect with the extension office at 419-592-0806.

  • The Across County Line membership is for age-eligible 4-H Members that reside in a neighboring county. Please review this policy if you wish to join Henry County 4-H, but reside in a neighboring county.
• Winning Plan Request Form
  • This is an accommodation plan for 4-H members with any type of disability taking a 4-H project. Please complete and submit back to the Extension Office to keep on file.
