2020 G.O.A.L.S.

Through the Honors & Scholars G.O.A.L.S., I am on track to become a well-rounded student and use my four years to their fullest potential.

  • Global Awareness: As a Hispanic woman, I aim to connect with my heritage through joining a Latinx organization at OSU and taking classes about Latin-American culture. Another one of my goals is to study abroad with Honors Cohort to learn more about international business and other cultures as a whole.
  • Original Inquiry: Consumer behavior has always intrigued me, and I plan to research it during my time at the University. Additionally, I will continue to write stories as a part of Fisher Ink Magazine, Fisher College of Business’s student-run magazine.
  • Academic Enrichment: One of my goals is to be a part of Honors Cohort, an MBA-like experience designed to grow us as students and leaders. I also plan to take various honors classes during all four years of college.
  • Leadership Development: I would like to become a TA to help freshman succeed in their classes, just like my TA’s did for me this year.
  • Service Engagement: Through the Eminence program, I am a part of a service project that is designed to benefit the community. I also became involved in SOAR, an upperclassmen Eminence project surrounding harm-reduction, this year. Through this organization, I am serving the Columbus community.
