Thank you for your interest in harm reduction! Harm reduction saves lives, reduces infections and helps support and provide care to people who use drugs and may suffer from opioid use disorder and other health problems.

Conference Summary

The conference is Wednesday and Thursday, November 28-29 and will cover a wide range of important topics including best practices, how to build support for harm reduction health programs and how to start these programs in your community. Experts from Ohio and across the U.S. will join to explain harm reduction programming and research. It is a partnership of the Ohio State University College of Public Health, Harm Reduction Ohio, Equitas Health/Safe Point, AIDS United and the Harm Reduction Coalition.

The OSU College of Social Work will provide continuing education credits for this conference. Please stay tuned for more information!
