Drug Use Notification Forms (DUNF)

The Ohio Department of Agriculture requires Drug Use Notification Forms (DUNF) for all market and lactating projects, including Beef Feeders and Dairy Beef Feeders prior to exhibiting at any county fair.

Hardin County DUNF Forms are available now at http://go.osu.edu/24hardindunf

You must fill out a DUNF form for each individual animal using their fair tag (if applicable) as the animal identifier.  ALL SPECIES EXCEPT MARKET POULTRY MUST COMPLETE THE DUNF FORM BY SATURDAY, AUGUST 31.

Market Rabbits (Pen of 3), Market Broilers (Pen of 3), and Market Ducks (Pen of 2) only need one DUNF per pen.  Market poultry (broilers, ducks, and turkeys) will not fill out their DUNF until after getting their leg bands at weigh in on Labor Day.

Market rabbits will all have the same tattoo. Instead, market rabbit exhibitors should use this code as their animal identifier: Exhibitor First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Month of Birth, Day of Birth.  For Example) Amanda’s animal identifier for her market ducks would be AR1216.
