Y. Regina Chang is with SoundBite Communications, an interactive
voice messaging solutions
provider in Burlington, Massachusetts. She was previously an
Analytic Director with Epsilon, a Burlington, Massachusetts based
marketing service provider. She was an assistant professor at the
University of Missouri from 1994 to 1997.
Regina Chang received the McGraw-Hill Research Paper of the Academy
for Financial Services twice.
