Today, I’ve learned that theres a specific work for internet etiquette, or otherwise known as Netiquette. It’s so important to present yourself online as you would in the real world, professionally. This is especially important through email. As students, we sometimes forget the importance of Netiquette.
As for group collaborations, there are so many tools out there that make group collaboration much easier. This year I had to work with multiple people on a work project. We had to find ways to schedule our times together to find the perfect time to meet, plus share our work together. Google docs was simply a life saver. We each uploaded new content to share with each other with ease. Google also has a tool called Google Hangouts where we could live video chat and even share our screen so we were all viewing the same content. This made it easier to work together and explain what was going on.
